บริษัท โอลีน จำกัด เริ่มก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2538 ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 850 ล้านบาท ของคนไทย 100 % ก่อตั้งโรงกลั่นน้ำมันพืช บนพื้นที่กว่า 60 ไร่ ตั้งอยู่ริมถนนพระราม 2 จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร พร้อมทีมงานที่มีประสบการณ์ด้านน้ำมันพืชมากว่า 40 ปีที่เล็งเห็นถึงความต้องการ และการเจริญเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมันพืช โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักในการผลิตและจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์จากน้ำมันปาล์มในหลายรูปแบบ มีกำลังผลิต 1,300 ตัน/วัน เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้บริโภคทุกกลุ่ม
ตลอดกระบวนการการผลิตได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานคุณภาพ ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, HACCP และ GHP จาก บริษัท เอส จี เอส (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ทั้งนี้ยังได้รับการรับรอง Kosher รวมถึงรับประกันความอร่อยสำหรับน้ำมันที่นำมาปรุงอาหารจาก ม.ร.ว.ถนัดศรี สวัสดิวัตน์ ด้วยเครื่องหมา ย เชลล์ชวนชิม อีกด้วย
